Choosing a model
A straightforward wall unit, with a Wi-Fi adaptor available. We have fitted FZ units with white and ivory trunking.

Four-way and compact cassettes for restaurants and shops, and ducted units that pair with Airzone for room-by-room control.
Panasonic units connect to the Comfort Cloud app. On the TZ and Etherea the Wi-Fi is built in, and the app shows energy use statistics as well as letting you change the settings. Some models also work with Alexa and Google voice control.
Cleaner air
nanoe X is Panasonic's air-cleaning technology, built into the Etherea, the floor console and some other models. It releases tiny charged water particles into the air. Panasonic says these help to inhibit some bacteria, viruses, mould, allergens and odours, and it can run on its own, without heating or cooling.
Many Panasonic units also have a PM2.5 filter for fine dust. Neither replaces regular cleaning: filters still need rinsing, and the coil and fan still need a yearly service.

Panasonic's warranty terms require the system to be registered and serviced every year, with maintenance records kept. We service your system every year and keep the record.

Usually a TZ or BZ, often 2.0kW to 2.5kW for a typical bedroom. In those sizes both are only 779mm wide, so they fit above a door or between a window and a wardrobe, and both are very quiet on low fan.
