The installation of 2 air-conditioning units (1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom) was seamless from olly coming to my flat to the compleatd installation. Olly was very professional in listening to my requirements and giving advice. On the day of installation Olly and Andy carried out the work in a professional, timely and clean manner. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Olly and Andy came to install Mitsubishi HI a 7kw and a 12kw multi-split units. Not a small job as we had 7 indoor units to hang and lots of awkward trunking /pipe runs in eves and suffixes. All in all, a very friendly and professionally installation. I am especially impressed with Olly who is very careful with the work and has a keen eye for detail - a part I highly recommend. Olly and Andy came with shoe protectors, dust sheets and mobile vacuums, keeping all things tidy and clean at all times. Not pushy and very accomodating with all our requirements. Highly recommended!

From initial contact to completion of install and subsequent aftercare, my experience with Apex was top class. The install itself was done in half a day and the room was left clean and tidy - you’d not know engineers had worked there! Not often I recommend someone, but I’ve passed their details on to friends who have used them and all had the same personal and great experience.

Olly and his colleague have installed an air conditioner in my bedroom last month. They have been very polite and professional. Olly has answered all of my questions and provided multiple quotes. I was worried that the outside unit of the AC system would be loud, however it turned out to be surprisingly quiet. I'm very pleased with that. The AC system works well and cools the room very quickly, I have had no issues with it.

Had been looking for years to install aircon and when I researched it, was overwhelmed by the sheer number of companies and units available. By pure coincidence we saw a recommendation on a local Facebook group for Olly and Apex. After my first call to him on 16th Feb, the job was finished on 9th March. Other than opening the door, putting the furniture back and paying him, I didn't have to do anything in the fitting of the aircon. I found him smart, punctual and he did an excellent job. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We had Apex in to install are air conditioning and heating in our salon. I could not recommend olly enough. They stayed late to get the job finished. No mess left behind fully cleaned the unit and made sure it was all running well. Very polite and accommodating and they designed the unit to the exact specifications we required. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot fault anything about the whole experience. Really clear survey and quite, discussed options, made great suggestions. The work was done to an amazing standard, better than I expected - a real perfectionist. And then everything was left absolutely spotless. Plus, Olly spent the time to explain how everything worked, maintenance, and how to get the best from the air conditioning. We are really happy with the whole job

Really pleased with the service provided, olly and his team done an amazing job fitting an air conditioning unit into my salon. It’s nice to know I can keep my clients cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Overall 10/10 service provided, will defiantly be recommending them and thinking about having another unit installed into my home.
