What we collect
When you WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, town, photos and details of the job.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, quote and carry out the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. We keep F-gas records about systems we work on because the law requires it.
Who sees it
Your details are stored in our customer management system, which is run for us by a service provider. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we need them for warranties, F-gas records, tax and accounting, usually six years.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
