Dartford sits where Kent meets south-east London, so both are close. The same person, Olly, surveys and fits jobs in every area on this page, so you get the same advice and the same tidy work in Bexleyheath as in Benenden.
What changes from place to place is the home. A 1930s semi in Bexley, a top-floor flat in Bromley, a timber garden office near Borough Green and a period house in the High Weald each need something different. Free survey at home
Olly visits to size each room, choose where the units go and run the outdoor noise check.
Fixed written quote
The model, the size, the pipe route and what is included, in writing. No pressure.
Fitting and aftercare
One room usually takes a day. After that we can service the system each year to keep the warranty valid.

Questions about the areas we cover
Do you cover my town or village?
If it is listed on this page, yes. We also work in many places between them. We are based in Dartford, and most of our work is within about an hour of the town. If you are not sure, send Olly your town on WhatsApp or by phone and he will tell you straight away whether he can help.
Do you charge to come out for a survey?
Not for a new system. The survey and the fixed written quote are free, wherever you are in the areas we cover. Olly looks at the rooms and the outside walls, works out the size of each unit and checks where the outdoor unit can go before he writes the quote.
Do you work in London?
Yes. In south-east London we cover Bromley, Bexley, Sidcup and the areas around them for homes and businesses. In central and west London most of our work is commercial, such as offices and VRV systems, along with some homes. See our commercial air conditioning page for business work.
Can you service or repair a system someone else fitted?
Yes. We service and repair most makes, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic and Samsung, wherever they were fitted. Send a photo of the unit and its label, and any error code. See air conditioning servicing and air conditioning repairs.
