Honest advice, tidy work, no pressure
Apex started as a commercial and domestic air conditioning company covering Kent, London and the surrounding counties, doing everything from the design of a system to installation, servicing and maintenance. Much of the early work was commercial, on sites that expect the job done right. The same standard goes into every home we work in.
The reviews say it better than we can. Customers mention the same things again and again: Olly explains the options and never pushes, the price quoted is the price paid, dust sheets and vacuums come out, and the room is left clean. More than one customer had been told by other firms that their job "couldn't be done" before Olly found a way.
We fit heat-and-cool systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Panasonic, add Airzone zoning to ducted systems, look after cellar cooling for pubs, and service and repair most makes.

Olly and his apprentice were considerate of our property and worked very tidy. They installed the units in a neat way and were able to give us choices with pros and cons for each choose. I felt Olly was genuine, honest and hardworking and did a great job.
I cannot fault anything about the whole experience. Really clear survey and quite, discussed options, made great suggestions. The work was done to an amazing standard, better than I expected - a real perfectionist. And then everything was left absolutely spotless. Olly did a great job with our AC installation. We had 2 other companies look at it and said it couldn't be done. Olly explained how it could be achieved, quoted for it and promptly got it sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt he cares about what he does. Would highly recommend.

We are based in Dartford, Kent. Most of our work is in north-west Kent, Bromley and south-east London, Sevenoaks, West Malling, Tunbridge Wells and the Sussex and Surrey borders, with commercial work into central and west London. Our areas page lists the towns and villages.
