Kent or Bromley? Checking the right council
Knockholt is in Kent, under Sevenoaks District Council, but the London boundary is close: Knockholt station and Pratt's Bottom are both on the Bromley side. The national rules for houses are the same either side, but Green Belt, Kent Downs National Landscape and conservation-area checks have to be made with the right council.
